Order Processing/Shipping & Delivery Information

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders will be processed as quickly and smoothly as possible. For the protection of our customers, the following process is applied:

1. Orders will not be shipped until payment verification is complete. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for payment verification and order processing.
2. Orders will usually begin processing the same day that they are placed (excluding weekends and holidays) and will typically ship within 1-2 business days pending payment verification. Customer will be contacted if the merchandise purchased is out of stock or if additional information is required for payment verification.
3. Orders placed after 1:00pm PST will not begin processing until the following business day.
4. To prevent fraud, if customer provides information that does not match the information held by their respective credit card company/banking institution, then their order will be flagged by our system with a security review alert. If this occurs, Queen Persona Customer Support Team will make direct contact with customer to verify additional information. If customer does not respond within 3 business days, the order will be canceled. To avoid this situation, please take care in entering credit card information at checkout. 

 

SHIPPING and HANDLING

USPS Priority Shipping: $9.99 (for most U.S. Domestic Orders)

FREE Priority Shipping on U.S. orders of $150 or more. 

All Queen Persona Boutique orders are shipped Monday-Saturday via United States Postal Service (USPS) priority shipping. We do NOT participate in dropshipping, and all of our orders are physically packed and shipped from our local warehouse in Murrieta, CA.

Shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on customer shipping address. For most U.S. Domestic orders shipping will calculate to around $9.99. Please note, shipping cost may vary depending on customer's shipping address entered at checkout.

USPS Expedited Shipping $35

Orders placed using this service will arrive within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and federal holidays).

Please note orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, PO Box, APO’s, AFO’s, FPO’s and the Virgin Islands cannot be expedited.

 International Shipping

Orders placed using this service will arrive within 10-20 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and federal holidays). Price may vary based upon distance and weight of package.

Additional taxes, duties, or customs may be charged for certain orders. Customers are responsible for any additional fees.

International shipping rates vary depending on location and weight of the package. At check out your total shipping will be shown depending upon the weight of your shopping bag. All prices listed on our site are in United States dollars (USD) and charged in USD. Queen Persona does not provide currency conversion. Customer’s personal banking institutions will make all necessary conversions depending on the currency rate at time of purchase.

All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.

Refused Packages:

Queen Persona Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipping company (USPS, UPS, DHL, Fed Ex, etc.) has marked your package as delivered. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy.
