Exchange/Return Policy

Queen Persona by Jessie LaQueenia Online Boutique prides itself on customer service and satisfaction.  We do not offer refunds ONLY exchanges.

 

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange for another size or even another item within 10 days of the ship date. 

  • We will not accept garments that have been worn, washed or altered.
  • Simply send an email to customersupport@queenpersona.com with “EXCHANGE Requested in the subject line. You will receive a response within 72 hours providing you with further instructions.
  • We recommend that you include in the email the item (s) that you want instead. That will allow us to place your requested item (s) on hold to prevent them from selling out before your original merchandise gets back to us.

 

Please note we will pay to have your exchange shipped out to you using our Standard Shipping. There will be NO extra cost to the customer.

 

We recommend that you send back your exchange with insurance. That way you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping.

 

Accessories Exchange

  • All accessories sales are FINAL. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

 

Shoes Exchange

  • Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box in order to be considered for an exchange.

 

Refused Packages

  • Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the 'Terms and Conditions of Service' as detailed on UPS.com.

 

Exchanges take approximately 7-10 business days to be processed once received. Shipping and Handling charges are NOT refundable.
